Our book drops are open 24 hours seven days a week at our libraries. Under normal circumstances. (except for prolonged public holidays or special service arrangements) We'll deal with your returns via book drops. Returns will be within 1–2 working days. You could check your borrower record online after returning materials via the book drop service and report any discrepancies to the libraries as soon as possible.
The following types of materials cannot be placed in book drops and must be returned to the User Services Counter:
- Books borrowed through Interlibrary Loan
- Items checked out from Special Collections and Archives
- Books with attached CD-ROMs or CDs
- Multimedia materials
- Music scores
