CNKI出版商同方知網(北京)技術有限公司因中國實施全球性《數據出境安全評估辦法》，本館訂閱之【中國優秀碩士學位論文全文數據庫】【中國博士學位論文全文數據庫】自112年4月1日起全球除中國境內之所有圖書館均將暫停全文下載功能 (僅供檢索)，恢復時間待廠商通知後另行公告。
由於CNKI全文下載暫停服務包含國內外所有圖書館，因此可能短期間無法從這些資料庫取得全文資源。若您因研究或學習需要使用上述資料庫資源，請於2023年3月31日前從資料庫中先行下載全文資料。
圖書館亦緊急申請萬方數據知識服務平台試用，試用期限到112/5/31，請有需求之讀者先改用此資料庫，試用資料庫限校內使用，無法校外連線，也請注意，使用電子資源時應遵守著作權法及各電子資源廠商訂定之使用規範，不要大量下載，以免損及學校聲譽及全校使用權利。

The Library was informed that part of the services provided by CNKI (同方知網 (北京)技術有限公司) will be suspended since 1 April 2023 until further notice. Date of resumption of access will be further notified.
The following two databases under our Library subscription will be affected:
1. 中國優秀碩士學位論文全文數據庫
2. 中國博士學位論文全文數據庫
As the access of CNKI service may affect all libraries worldwide, alternative sources for the information from these databases might NOT be available. If you need to use the resources from the above databases for your research or studies, please retrieve the information from the databases by 31 March 2023. Kindly note that excessive downloading is prohibited.

In accordance with the Measures of Data Cross-Border Transfer Assessment and relevant laws effective September 1, 2022, CNKI will have to take actions to ensure our cross-border services are in compliance with the law. As a result, part of your institution’s access to CNKI will be suspended from April 1, 2023. Date of resumption of access will be further notified.
